WAYS TO WORK WITH ME

My work lives at the intersection of psychology, storytelling, spirituality, social change and play.

Whether I’m speaking from a stage, writing from the depths or creating through performance, I invite people beyond the familiar—into greater truth, freedom, connection and possibility.

[01]

Speaking

I speak on trauma, transformation, mental health, embodied leadership, recovery, creativity and the healing power of humor and play. Available for keynotes, panels, workshops, retreats and organizational trainings.

[02]

Writing

I write about the inner life: identity, grief, liberation, healing, spirituality and the strange, beautiful process of becoming. My work brings psychological depth into conversation with lived experience, cultural critique and the sacred.

[03]

Performance

As a comedian, improviser, actor and storyteller, I use humor to make the unbearable more bearable—and the deeply human impossible to ignore. Available for live performance, television, film, comedic writing and creative collaborations.

 MORE THAN ONE THING

I am a licensed clinical professional counselor, trauma therapist, coach, educator, nonprofit founder, speaker, writer, comedian and humanitarian.

I hold a bachelor’s degree from Columbia College Chicago and a master’s degree in clinical counseling from The Chicago School. I am the founder of Psychsomatica Therapy, Humor for Hope, The Therapeutic Improv Institute and Concierge Coaching and Therapy, a psychedelic-assisted therapy practice.

Across every part of my work, I explore what helps people become more fully alive. My approach weaves together somatic psychology, nervous-system healing, depth psychology, creativity, humor, spirituality and social liberation.

Different mediums. One mission: helping people return to themselves—and imagine what else is possible.
